Unfortunately we are unable to reply to emails or answers calls on this
number on weekends. All email enquiries made on the weekends are answered
first thing Monday morning.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, return unused,
with all original tags attached and in a re-saleable condition, within
7 days for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Postage
UK Orders: Orders over £150.00 postage will be FREE, otherwise for UK
orders under £150.00, a charge of £5.95 for standard delivery or £14.95
next day before 12.00pm courier service (DHL) direct to your door.
Orders need to be received before 11.30am for next day courier service.
Next day delivery is only available during the working week (Monday-Thursday).
For Saturday deliveries please contact us prior to purchase on 01273 777535.
International Orders: All International orders, £9.95 will be sent by
Airmail and will require a signature on arrival.
International orders may be subject to import-duty on arrival into the
country of destination;
We cannot be held resposible for these charges.
We will, where applicable, refund UK Vat from your order
