You’re my cup of tea! 

Is there a perfect way to drink a cup of tea? As with my coffee, I’m very particular. I like a weak Lady Grey, no milk, a slice of lemon, and a sprinkle of sugar. Oh, and I have to drink it from a mug that is white on the inside.

So, here you have the latest addition to my tableware collection. Although a mug is a more casual vessel this is a special mug, reserved for tea in bed, or coffee on the couch, or perhaps by the fire in the garden, you choose.

What makes it so special? Well, it is made from a type of porcelain that was developed in 1748 which has been claimed to genuinely improve the taste of an English cup of tea. Marvelous!

Available in three of my favourite designs the mugs are expertly handmade to order in London, UK. We use a specialist bone china mug printing process to ensure the designs are bright and colourful. Handle with care and please do not put them in the dishwasher. Follow the care instructions and your mugs will look brand new for years to come.
