Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy
1) Processing & Dispatch
* I aim to dispatch orders as soon as payment has cleared. In most cases this is within 5-10 working days, subject to stock and whether the item is made to order.
* If an item is made to order, I’ll email when it’s ready. My usual timeframe is 4–6 weeks from receipt of payment. We will discuss then when ordering
* I’ll email you when your order has been dispatched. A signature may be required on delivery. If there are any delays, I’ll keep you informed.
Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
2) UK Postage & Packaging
* All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For (First Class) or a comparable tracked service.
* Postage is calculated and shown at checkout.
3) International Deliveries
* International shipping is charged at a flat rate at checkout.
* Deliveries outside the UK may incur customs duties, taxes, and handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility.
* Customs checks may delay delivery; unfortunately I can’t expedite these processes.
4) Returns & Exchanges
4a) Clothing
* Each garment is made to order; please check your size before purchasing.
* I’m happy to accept returns on clothing in perfect condition—unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging—within 10 days of receipt.
* You’re responsible for return postage; I strongly recommend a tracked/insured service as I can’t refund items that are lost or damaged in transit.
* If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos; I’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return postage.
4b) Prints
* Art prints are printed to order and are non-returnable (final sale), unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If so, contact me within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.
4c) How to start a return
1. Use the contact form on my website with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and the reason.
2. I’ll reply with return instructions and a returns authorisation.
3. Pack items securely and post them back using a tracked service.
4d) Refunds
* Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or I made a mistake with your order.
* Exchanges are subject to availability; standard or made-to-order lead times apply to replacement items.
