Shipping policy

All items are individually wrapped and boxed with care and attention to detail. If the item is a gift please email me and I will dress your gift with some special touches.

I aim to despatch your order as soon as the payment has cleared. In general this means your order will be despatched within 2 to 5 days, subject to stock availability and whether the item is made to order. Please check for any specific information relating to delivery of items included on the item page.

If the item you have ordered is ‘Made to Order’ I will notify you when your order is ready. I aim for this to be 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of payment.

I will notify you by email when your order has been despatched. A signature may be required upon delivery. I will keep you informed of any delays to your order.

UK POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS

All orders are despatched UK First Class recorded delivery. Postage costs are applied at the checkout.

Please contact me to arrange next day delivery if required. I will confirm the fee for special delivery with you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at a flat rate. Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
